The above is a sleep clinic which claims to aid all sleep problems in babies and children without going down the CC route.
I am at mny wits end with an eleven-month old daughter who has never slept through the night - not even once!
I'm back at work now and feel like I cannot cope with much more. Last night was hellish, she was up continually and was awake for almost two hours at 1am.
My HV has insisted only on CC which I am more than reluctant to do. I desperately need some good advice but have no idea where to get it. I have tried the NCSS which gave us some success initially but everything has gone pearshaped again.

Have not heard of it but have a friend who used the Millpond Clinic with some success.

Yes this company helped me.

I was at my wits end as for nearly a year my son woke up at about 5am (went to bed at 8pm) and wouldn't go back to sleep again. It started when he was 9mths old, (before then he woke at 5 but went back to sleep till 7).

They went through a number of things mostly which didn't help but their advice that did help was to stop day time sleeps altogether. My son was only sleeping about 1/2 hr in the day and was about 18mths old, so I was doubtful.

They advised to stop his sleeps for at least 2 weeks to see a result. Anyway, when he stopped daytime sleeps he started sleeping till 7/7.30 am and then started going to bed at 7.30!

He is now 4 and a half and has been sleeping 12 hrs a night ever since. By the way, I can't remember how I kept him awake, it can't have been that hard though as I would have remembered it.
