My almost 3 year old has completely shifted his sleep pattern.

My almost three year old has NEVER had any issues going to bed. In fact, he loved it. For the last 2 months, he's been refusing stepping foot in his bedroom, and sleeping in there all together.

I have tried every method possible to keep him in there and more comfortable/settled. But he's just not on board. I'm at a loss because he's on the sofa every night until 11pm as that's when he's in his deepest sleep to transfer him. And even then it doesn't always work and we end up cosleeping. I secretly love cuddling him in bed, but ultimately this is massively affecting his wellbeing as he's not getting the amount of sleep he used to and his moods have been impacted.

He's hitting and screaming for around 75% of the day at the moment. Every single thing is a battle.

Ultimately, I just need to know is anyone else has experienced a regression at this stage. And whether it's just a blip or should I be prepared for this until he decides he no longer has fomo.

Thanks!
