Co-sleeping with premature baby

Hey everyone. So baby boy was born at 36 +2 days via c section. Doing really well, didn't need any special treatment when he was born. I am exclusively breastfeeding.

I co slept with my daughter from pretty much newborn I think. But nhs and lullaby trust says you shouldn't co sleep till 1 years old if born premature.

Any advice if I can? I desperately need some sleep!

I think given he was so close to term I personally wouldn’t worry. EDD are just that, estimated. But I agree with @Kitkat1523 you’re the only one that can make that choice.
