I have a 2 and 1/2 year old and a 15 month old. Both used to self settle and sleep through the night, I could put both down for naps/ bed time, say night night and leave the room.
Now they both seem to be going through some sort of separation anxiety and scream bloody murder if I leave their rooms. Both need me or my partner in the room to get to sleep. Both of them wake up multiple times in the night. Now I know what I need to do to gently sleep train them again but my partner now works nights, so it seems impossible. They usually both end up in bed with me which is fine on the nights my partner isn't home, when he is home it's not doable. One of us ends up sleeping next to the kids for on the floor. I kept telling myself it was a phase and they would go back to self settling but it's been over a month now.
What can I do?! ðŸ˜
