2.5 year old waking at 5am and shattered!

My DD had a bad virus 6 weeks ago, then got her back Molars through a week ago! Also started getting scared needing a light on with the door open. She used to sleep:-

6:45am wake
12:30-2 nap
8pm bedtime

Now it has turned into…….
5am wake (crying)
between 10am to 12pm nap until 12 or 2 depending when she went to sleep.
6:30-7:30 bedtime depending on when she woke from nap.

She is soooo overtired and grumpy. She used to be so happy and full of energy.

we have tried:- early nap 10am later nap 12pm. She’s easily doing 2 hours atm from being so tired. I know i should probably cut the nap but she’s still tired after 2 hours and still falls asleep by 8pm at the latest. But no matter when she goes to sleep, she’s always awake by 5am! It was 4am the other morning, she used to go back to sleep if i put her in my bed but she doesn’t anymore 😑

It’s all started since we all had the flu virus a few weeks ago, plus Molars and now being scared of the dark! It’s all made her chronically overtired and I can’t get her out of this cycle.

I know it’s too early for her to wake as she’s soooo grumpy with bags under her eyes. She’s started screaming now too whenever i try to nap her or put her to bed. It’s all overtired related but I can’t think straight to fix it!

Its like she’s had alot going on and it’s worn her out. She also goes to nursery twice a week and i hate the thought of her being so overtired there.

please help me with any advice or anything that’s worked for you! I need to be consistent with something but I just don’t know what that is???!!! 😓
