2.5 year old still waking multiple times a night

Can anyone relate? She still wakes multiple times a night and I'm at a loss what to do now. She has all of her teeth so it's not that, co sleep so she knows I'm there. I'm so tired (literally!) And so is she.

Yep. That was me.
At that point DS2 arrived, and I ditched all toddler nights to DH. Got more sleep than ever, even with newborn night feeds, even though I still heard him sometimes

When he was about 4, I lost it one morning. Told him we weren't going swimming as I was too tired. The little bugger didn't wake the next night, then pronounced we could go swimming that day.... From that point we focused on not waking parents unless there was a big problem. It helped quite a lot.
That said, we are a decade on from that, and I still don't think he sleeps through - I often hear him pottering or talking to himself in the middle of the night.

Not sure "loose your rag" is great parenting advice tho.

Counter intuitive as it sounds, he asked for an alarm clock, which did help. I think he knew he could keep his eyes shut if the alarm hadn't sounded.

Socks? Apparently get the body temp to it's best for a decent sleep. Night light?
Own bed???? Your breathing /movement could be waking her up!

My 2.5 year old son is exactly the same and absolutely exhausted as well. He falls asleep no problem and stays asleep in his cot for a few hours but then wakes up several times until I just can’t settle him anymore and I end up bringing him downstairs and he sleeps on me on sofa, he never moves once he’s lying on me but I’m exhausted

@Rachaelc1981 I'm so glad it's not just me, selfishly! She climbed out of her cot age 1 so can't even contain her either 😅
@FallingAutumnLeaf my eldest didn't sleep through until around 4 either! I thought I would be lucky this time!
@Freezingcoldinseptember I will try the socks I never thought of that, I think as this September has been so hot!
