My 3.5 DD started pre-school in September - absolutly loves it - no problems at all BUT she is very tired and I am waking her up every morning. She currently goes to bed at 7.15 to 7.30 ish and ideally I would like to bring this back to 6.30.
Should I bring forward her routine and just "do" it OR
Should I bring her bedtime back 10/15 mins every night??
Wouldl love to hear anyone elses experiences
