My little one is driving me crazy. When we put her down to nap or sleep, no matter how tired she is, she won’t just go to sleep. Right now I put her down an hour ago and she’s just walking around her crib, moaning but not crying. She’s so sleepy I just don’t understand why she won’t go to sleep? This is the same almost everyday. At the moment it is ruining us being able to go out and do anything because unless she has a nap, she will NOT sleep in her pram when we are out. We went out yesterday at 12pm and didn’t arrive back until 5:30pm. I put her to bed at 7:30pm but she had been awake since 8:30am and did not have a nap all day because she will not nap when she’s in her pram. So it’s getting very stressful because when I try put her down to nap in her crib she will never just go to sleep, she spends hours messing around no matter what I do to help. She used to be able to fall asleep on me too but now she’s not interested in that. I will add when she does fall asleep, she will sleep through the night or have at least an hour long nap. It is just the initial getting her to sleep part. We dropped 2 naps ages ago as she used to be the worst sleeper and for us dropping to 1 nap has helped her to sleep through the night. I just feel like she doesn’t switch off but it is ruining any days out😩
