Middle of night wake

Hi, looking for some advice on dd 16 month sleep

Currently I lay with her in my bed at around 7.30 until she falls asleep, then once asleep transfer into her bed which is in our room
She'll sleep soundly until anywhere between midnight and 4am at which point she wakes crying at stood at crib
In my dazed sleep I just pick her up and take into our bed where she then sleeps soundly until morning. It's been working fine as means I get a pretty solid sleep other than the time she wakes middle of night.
She used to sleep right through in her bed up until the last 6 months or so (always thought I was blessed with her sleep haha spoke too soon)

I'm being slightly pressured to get her into her own room soon and ideally I'd want her to be able to sleep right through before I do move

Any ideas/suggestions as to why this random mid night wake might happen? Could it be noise with being in the room with us? Maybe a bit cold and it wakes her? Or just normal waking for baby
Am I better to just go cold Turkey and move her straight into her own room and deal with the crying for however long it takes?

She absolutely will not fall asleep on her own and in her own bed. Lay next to me in our bed she's fine and will fall sleep easy but if I dare put her into a crib she screams and heartbreaking so I cave very quick.

Any advice would be appreciated!
