Those of you whose dc have 2 naps, tell me how you actually get out anywhere?!

I think dd (21 months) needs 2 naps still, but how do I time it so we can get out to toddler group (for my sanity this is important!).
dd gets up at 7ish, morning toddler groups are 9.30/10.00 - 11.30ish around here.

No real time to sleep before, and lunch and afternoon nap shortly after. The ideal nap time would be 10ish, but then we'd never get out anywhere!

How do you time naps and getting out?

21mths strikes me as a bit late for having two naps still. I would try to skip the morning nap, bring lunch forward to 11/11.30 and encourage a longer after lunch nap, asssuming she is sleeping well at night and is getting to bed at a reasonable time - say 7pm or so. If you want to kick on with morning naps I would just resign yourself to her missing it once a week in order to go to toddler group - they get so much out of socialisation at this age. HTH
