9 month old twins jet lag

On day 6, after arriving home, back to South Korea from the UK.

9 month-old twins have been up for upto 4/5hrs during the night (between 11pm ish and 5am ish) every night since we came home.

Today I thought we had a pretty good day. Woke them up at 8:40am, (usually they wake up by 7am). They had a two-hour morning nap, a one-hour afternoon one, dinner bath and bed time by 8:30pm. If they were gonna have any chance of a decent sleep, I thought tonight would be the night.

Both woke up around 11:30pm and now wide awake. Please tell me the end of this is coming soon!

I've got no idea of how you deal with it but just wanted to offer a handhold.

That must be fucking awful Flowers
