Still holding 13M old to sleep

Hi

i would really like to stop holding my 13M old to sleep. Soon as she goes in cot awake she screams. Dont know what else to do

Sleep train / just her cry it out and learn to self-soothe.

It seems harsh but once they're sleeping through the night you'll appreciate it was a kind thing to do

Tried to leave her but as soon as she goes in cot awake she screams until she nearly sick!

How long does she take to go to sleep?

If it's not too long, do you have a partner you can alternate nights with? Get a break?

My partner does most of the bedtimes but when she wakes we take in turns..she goes to sleep fine on us then within 30mine eo being im cot she wakes

I'm still rocking and feeding my 18m old to sleep! But I don't have an issue with it. I won't get these days back.

I do feel that way aswel its just becoming hard as she is waking as soon as we put her down which she never used to do. I am hoping its just a phase
