We have recently returned from a trip abroad with our DD aged 2. The time difference is 4 hours (UK is 4 hours behind). Whilst we were there, DD's sleep was fine - she slept from around 10pm-7.30/8am and napped 2-4pm Since we've returned home, it's all gone to pot! She is waking at 3am and won't go back to sleep. Do I ride it out and hope she will naturally go back to her usual sleeping schedule? Is there anything I should do or avoid doing to help speed this up? Any advice or experience would be appreciated x
