In a little bed, surrounded by cuddly animals - awwww! First night in a bed too... Wonder how early he'll wake up...!

hooray for DS2! Sending positive vibes for a long, peaceful sleep

oooooh! this will be interesting

I bet he goes and wakes DS1 up instead of you in the morning!

Reesie · 02/02/2008 21:42

ooooohhhh! I hope it goes well. I shall watch with interest - my dd is still in our bed at 13 months!

He'd better not, VVV!

He was excited in theory, Hatrick... When it came to it, he said, "TOT!" - he'd been in the cot in our room.

Oh, I'm going to bed now, to read with the light on [bliss]

Will peek at DS2 on the way - will miss him tonight though! Have only spent two nights in separate room from him ever (when he was about 6 weeks old and DH took him downstairs to give me a rest from constant night feeding! Slept for 7 hours straight and woke up bursty and refreshed!).

Well done, bit of a milestone! You might miss him tonight though ...

hunkermunker · 02/02/2008 22:03

Ah, just remembered - VVV's made me sleep with her twice as well and leave him in another room

Hunker, now you know that's not true

VeniVidiVetoQV · 02/02/2008 22:04

oooh x post there!

hunkermunker · 03/02/2008 11:51

He woke up at 2.30am.

DH settled him.

He woke up at 3am.

He was awake till just before 5am.

Then he fell asleep in bed with me. After crying. A lot [knackered]

My 2 slept with us 'til they were 4 and 3 years old then they got their own room and I really missed them. I didn't sleep half as peacefully as when I had them next to me. Ds's space inbetween us was so empty and cold!
It didn't bother them one bit though, I thought they would be toddling back to us but no, they quite happily abandond me.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 04/02/2008 00:22

hope it goes better tonight.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 04/02/2008 13:34

How did it go????

hunkermunker · 04/02/2008 21:49

He's back in our room.

He's too noisy in the night and DS1 has an ear infection so really needs not to have DS2 yodelling at the top of his voice. Well, as do we all not need that, actually...!
