Hi all, DD is 14 months (13 months corrected) and has always needed quite a lot of sleep. She is still on 2 naps a day at the minute generally she wakes at around 6:15/6:30 nap 9-10:30 then second nap 2-3ish. Bedtime around 7:30. Today she has randomly slept later than normal... has just woken at 7:45. I'm not complaining! But I'm wondering what you would do about naps today... just aim for one? What time do people on one nap schedules usually do nap time? TIA

My son is 23 months and is on one nap. He goes down for a nap at 1pm.

Maybe try going for the usual nap and seeing if your baby is amenable to it? My son sleeps a little later at the weekend but will still take his usual nap at 1.

Yes I think I'm going to do that... I don't think she will last extra hours just having the one nap! Thank you
