Hi all

My LO has always slept fairly well but she now seems to sleep worse than before, main problem being waking up for dummy even though she spits it out. She has also started occasionally waking early and wont settle unless she has a bottle. Weaning has been slow so not sure if this is why. She also wakes up different times each day (and depends if i can get her back down after an early wakeup) so we have no routine for sleep/food and milk. She is also still on 4 bottles a day which i have been told is too much but dont want to reduce it she already wakes up for it! Any advice greatly appreciated!

You can have a routine with variable wake ups. Just use the wake window for her age to set the nap times starting with the time she woke up. Feed her when she wakes up. A routine is as much about what happens next as about the time on the clock when it happens.
