No wet nappy nearly 12hrs

Son went to sleep 20.30ish he woke at 2.30 for feed when i went to change nappy completly dry,hes jst woke 5.50 and again nappy dry.
He was a little sick on changing mat not large amount,hes alert,lips arent dry but should i be worried?hes back asleep now hell stir around 7am 7.30 so hope hes weed by then,should i call HV?

Ah yes, "Cluster wees", none for ages then can fill a nappy in seconds. My daughter was the same
