I expect so, I'm in central London. DS is 10mo. Do I just ask to get referred?

No direct experience, but I think suzywong had help from sleep clinic or sleep counsellor type service when she was in London (correct me if I'm wrong Suzy)

have not read it myself but this book has been recommended on here before - The no cry sleep soultion by Elizabeth Pantley

I couldn't have done CC either, and my ds was a shockingly bad sleeper. We got one of those bedside cots and he slept in that until he went into a proper bed at 2.5. He slept really well as long as we were there, and I slept well because I just had to reach out and pat him. It may well not be the solution you'd like, but I don't think there's much other than co-sleeping, CC or maybe the Baby Whisperer way (some old threads on that). No magic answers I'm afraid

Have read Elizabeth Pantley - def agree with her ethos but it's not working! Maybe I'll try a more methodical use of the Baby Whisperer thing. And start a sleep clinic thread! Thanks.
