Hi all, just wanting to hear other parents experiences & ideas!
My little boy is currently on 2 naps a day. Unlike his big sister at his age, he naps very well in the day - after trial & error I realised I need to wake him from both morning & afternoon nap by 1.5 hours or his night sleep is terrible.
However, recently he doesn't seem tired at all for the morning nap & basically just cries & needs a lot of comfort/help to get over to sleep. He can still happily get to sleep himself for the afternoon & bedtime sleep. He's also started waking either wide awake for 1-2 hours in the night or up for the day at 5am. I know 7 months seems super early to go to one nap but it's the only thing left to try!
Just wondering if anyone out there has any ideas or any babies that slept 1 nap at this age with happy babies & good night sleep??
