What size duvet for cotbed/ toddler bed with 120 x 60 cm mattress?

Just wondering if a standard cotbed/ toddler duvet (120 x 150 cm) would be too big for a small cotbed/ toddler bed that needs a 120 x 60 cm mattress? I cannot find anything smaller but I'm worried it'll be too big (bed is for a 23 month old).

We had the same size cot and a standard cotbed duvet was fine. You can always turn it sideways (so the short end/top or bottom of the duvet) runs against the length of the cot and tuck it under the mattress so there isn’t too much excess duvet filling the cot, and they can’t “lose” it and wake up cold! They can just pull it over them and push it off as they see fit as it kind of opens up? Really hope that makes sense!
