3-6 month naps. How do your DC2 fit around your DC1 preschool / school schedule?

Hiya,
3 naps a day. Nursery drop off 08:00 and pick up before 6pm. How do your babies nap around this please? I'll be doing drop off and collection. It's a drive or 30 minute walk through a city centre.
DC1 will be going to school behind our house in September so much more manageable. Thanks!!

With DC 2 and 3 their naps worked with the school drop off, so an early morning one and. 3pm sort of one and one awoken lunchtime. They seemed to get themselves into their own sort of routine as being in the pram (we walked) would send them to sleep. I would then leave the pram in the back garden by the back door whilst they finished their nap.

When she was around that age I’d get DD2 down to sleep around 8ish in the buggy in the kitchen, so she could just come with us when we set off for preschool at 8.30, though she rarely slept longer than half an hour anyway. She’d have another half hour at lunch, then nod off again as we walked up to the village for preschool pick up at 2.45.

Second babies are funny like that, they just seem to kind of fit in IME.
