Hi
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or found a solution!
Our 21 month old daughter has chewed the wooden headbound of her cot on and off since she began teething. Of course it’s ruined the cot so no chance of selling it on but we are more concerned about the risk of splinters / her ingesting it but we cannot think of what to do to stop it or prevent her from doing it. We don’t want to cover the wooden head board with anything that can be untied or pose as a choking or suffocation risk.
She’s never really taken to teething toys and having one in the cot with her would likely distract her from actually sleeping as she’s never had anything in there when sleeping.
We have protectors on the rails of her bed but she’s gnawing at the wooden parts!
can anyone help?!
Thanks
