Sleep help and partially breastfeeding stress

Hello

Please...no judgement

My baby is 10 months old. Had reflux. Its better now.

She has never been able to sleep on her own. I'm exhausted so I hold her through the night and my husband takes turns the last part of the night.

The problem is also I partially breastfeed. Partially because I have an extremely low supply but she gets sone milk and mostly relies on it as a dummy.

It's become stressful. Only settles now for me. Dummy sucks on me through the night on and off which means I get even less sleep. If I say no and try to settle her she goes crazy she will not take a dummy I've tried .... a few different ones.

What can I do to get her sleeping next to me and not rely on the breast ? I can't do any cry it out method.

Hello! I feel your pain as my first was similar. Is the reflux under control? If yes I would suggest getting DH to sleep beside her and bring her to you every 3-4 hours for a feed. If baby wakes in between DH can cuddle back to sleep. Is baby taking any formula?
Ideally if you can start on a Friday night if you work Monday-Friday and maybe take Monday off work to catch up on sleep. This way you're still feeding at at night and DH is comforting baby when she wakes. Hang in there this will pass.x
