So my 4 month old was sleeping around 6/6.30pm to 7am most nights with a "dream" feed at 11pm/12am.

Just recently she's also waking a few hours later to have another feed.
Could this be a growth spurt? She's also teething quite badly.

It’s gonna happen unfortunately- my 10month old has been waking since about 4 months around 3am and she hasn’t stopped yet 🙈 I think it’s pretty normal

Big growth spurt around 4 months is normal.

Sounds normal

Completely normal. And it'll likely continue to keep changing until at least 1 year old.

I think Los change their feeding patterns so much. Could try fitting in another bottle in the day if they will take it to ensure tanking up on the calories. But still Could happen.

Totally normal

Exact same happened to us. Had started to STTN with a dreamfeed at 11pm which he never properly woke for ..,, then 4m sleep regression and growth spurt happened and we were back to another feed anytime between 3:30-6am. Always fell asleep straight after that feed again until 7am so not too horrible.

Lasted until 6months and then suddenly stopped.
