Toddler (2.5 years old) waking up screaming at 5.30 every day

She wakes up and scream at the top of her voice open the door ! She has a scream that goes through you :( is there anything I could try to make her stop ? Anyone has been in my situation and solved it ? We tried the groclock but its not working. I wouldn’t mind waking up at 5.30 if I knew she didn’t need more sleep but she does ! She is falling back asleep at 6.30 in front of the tv ! Help please

Following as my 2.3 year old does the same but at 4.30am. We too have tried the groclock but no luck. He spends the next 2 hours really grumpy before he will go back to sleep. He will then sleep for a couple of hours. Would love to know what the solution is.
