not settling in the middle of the night only in my arms

Good morning please could I have some advice my nearly 8month old will go to sleep in his crib fine but in the middle of the night he will fidget scratch the crib kick his legs and not settle so I pick him up he falls bag to sleep in my arms put him back down a few minutes later he is doing it again x

no I always check him to see if he is cold or hot x

He may not feel cold but I'm thinking if heating goes off at a certain time eg. 11pm then maybe his room gets colder than when he was initially put down. My kids all slept with me so I'm not much help. They would always go to sleep in their cots but then wake later. I think they wanted the body warmth as they then slept totally fine next to me.

8 to 10 month sleep regression? What happens if you leave lo? I usually leave my lo until she starts getting upset in middle of night.
Are they able to self soothe?

hes fine when I put him down but the in the middle of the night he fidgets scratches the crib which is so loud 😂 then i get him he falls back to sleep in my arms about 10 20 mins later I will put him back down in his crib he will wake again x

Is he outgrowing his crib, perhaps he needs a bit more room.

yep he's in a fleece onesie aswell for the winter weather and no his crib is really big tbh I was starting to think maybe getting a new cot because he might not like his crib 😂🙈x
