How to keep almost 3 year old in own bed - ideas

Hi, my 2.10 year old (3 in feb) - Goes to sleep in her own bed but can wake up anytime between 10pm and 3am and will want to come into our bed. If we do get her back to sleep in her own bed it literally lasts 20 mins and she's wanting to come in with us. We have always let her but we now have a newborn and they constantly wake each other up ! Zzz.

I think it's now the time to encourage her to stay in her own bed for the night. I will not do cry it out - I believe we may be able to bribe - however, I think it will be a case of keeping putting back in her own bed time after time for a few nights ? Maybe more than a few nights ?
Is there anything anyone else has done that has helped the transition .... a new teddy? Lights? Bribes? Slept on the toddler floor for a few nights?
I don't doubt we will have tears but no one is getting a good nights sleep, and it's affecting her on a daily basis.
Thanks ! Zzz
