11 months old not sleeping at nursery

Our 11 months old (almost!) daughter is really struggling with sleeping at nursery.
She used to do ok on that front but for the last few weeks she'll only get about 40 minutes of sleep there over an entire day.
Needless to say evenings are hard - she is extremely tired and cranky and everything is a struggle.
She ends ups going to bed very early at 6:30pm and whilst she sleeps usually till 7am i am worried that such an early bedtime will cause early wakings down the line.
I have tried to let her have a "power nap" when we come home from nursery around 5:30pm but I have found that it aggravates her more than anything (which I understand i'd hate to be given 30min of Sleep and be woken up to have dinner and a bath!)
I was wondering if anyone had advice on an evening routine we can have so she goes to bed at 7/7:30pm

Thanks

While she is having very little daytime sleep, an early night is the right answer. You are doing the right thing in the situation you find yourself, so I wouldn't change anything and keep the 6.30pm bedtime for now.

The solution to this will come from nursery. I would suggest they give her 2 naps per day (morning and lunchtime) if they cannot get a longer lunchtime nap from her.
