well Lo now 4 1/2 months old and had worst night ever since born

very depressing and demoralising

he had for the first time started to sleep for two nights "ok" - ie a few hours in a stretch

and then last night he woke up EVERY hour

just in pain with i don't know what and then with every cuddle would fall asleep but then wake up after 1 hour

doesnt seem to have cold
lots of saliva but see no teeth

what could it be...so bad to wake up every hour?

Hmm, i sympathise with you Bumbly... it's mystery that's what it is,.. maybe teething.. did you try giving Calpol??? or teething gels?? or maybe coming down with something? Or sometimes it may be growth spurt , that maybe hungry...how was last night???

Snap - my 4 1/2 month old does this too.
Don't have any advice - just a fellow sufferer!

My 4.5 mo ds is the similar - wakes at least 3-4 times between midnight and 7am. Sometimes hungry sometimes just wants cuddle/dummy.
My 2 yr old dd - who has been a good sleeper - is now waking once or twice at night too. So Im shattered.
No solutions sorry.
When can you start cc? Think its 6 months?

By the way I always thought cc was a bit creul when i had dd. Now that i have a bad sleeper i can see it in our future.

I feel desperate and depressed too bumbly.
