Do you wake a 7 month old

Me and my friend are having this debate.

I think you should let a 7 month old sleep as long as they want whereas she doesn't think you should.

Was kind of interested what everyone else does?

Gosh no, not if I could help it! Blissful respite.

Haven't read all the replies but yes I would if I needed to, eg for milk/food or so that it doesn't interfere with bed time or future naps. I wouldn't wake because "normally he has an hour, and we're now at 1 hour 15, eeek let's wake him"

Depends how long they sleep surely? I mean a decent nap - anything from 1 hour to 2.5 hours definitely not. If they decided to snooze for 4 hours and had trouble sleeping at night then sure I’d wake them.

I think it totally depends on the baby! My first was a total sleep dodger, I'd never ever wake him if he was asleep! My second is 8 months and loves routine (and sleep!) so she naps, sleeps and eats on a schedule. Completely different experience.
