Hello! My 8 month old self-settles and has 2 naps at 9am (wake at 10am) then 1ish (wake at 3pm). Bedtime at 7pm.
He has started waking v early... I go in and feed him, change his nappy then put him back down... I can see in his monitor he lies there with his eyes open not moving then inevitably 20 or 30 minutes later he starts making noises. By this time it's usually nearly 6 so I'm scared he'll wake his brother up so I go in and hold / feed him and he usually dozes a bit in my arms but not always...
Any ideas of what it could be? Have experimented with clothing so don't think it's being hot or cold. Is it the nappy change maybe? Is he used to sleeping on me in the morning now maybe?
Very tired!! Thanks for reading and really appreciate any suggestions as going back to work soon and it's not sustainable!
