13 week old waking during the night and cries through day time nap

My 13 week old wakes at least 3 times during the night and will only go back to sleep after bf (she is exclusively bf). She slept well at 8/9 weeks but the clocks went back and I had a different baby!! I am trying to stick to GF routine and have been doing so for 2 weeks. I introduced waking for a dream feed, she now wakes on her own for this but will not sleep through the night for stretches longer than 2/2.5hrs. The daytime routine appears to be going well apart from the lunch time nap - she wakes after 30 mins and from there on cries on and off for the 2 hours and will only go back to sleep with me rocking her (she sleeps in her bouncy chair) as she will not sleep in her cot in the day. I know the main problem is that she can't self settle but I would really appreciate some ideas as I am really worrying about returning to work as I work shifts (including nights). Would particularly like to hear from anyone who adopted the GF routine at a similar age and whether it worked.....

13 weeks is a) very young for a strict routine and b) big growth spurt time. Many people find their baby's sleep goes haywire at this point. Sleeping for 2 hours at a time sounds pretty normal to me, sorry

Then again, I didn't use GF with DS so maybe not best placed to advise. I'd carry on bfing and consider co-sleeping so you can get some rest too. Make sure you have a rest during the day if you can (I did this by napping with DS which kept him quiet).

I don't follow GF but my babies(am nanny/maternity nurse) have all followed the same basic schedule.
7am awake/feed
9 - 11am nap
11am feed
1 - 3pm nap
3pm feed
4.30ish nap for 30 mins or so
6ish bath/bedtime routine
including feed, bed time is 7pm
11pm dream feed

Since she is waking herself for dream feed I would go back to letting her sleep to see if she will sleep longer. Also for her avo nap I would for a week be real consistent about rocking her back to sleep, expecially if she seems tired upon waking. Also as she is most likely to be going through growth spurt I would make sure she is feeding really well at each feed and not snacking.
