It will change... DD (5 months) has just now, for the first time ever, while I was MNing away, fallen asleep on her own, lying down, on the bed, not on breast, not in sling, not being rocked, not being driven. Ahh, my big clever girl!

Yay for your dd

My ds2 unfortunately has done the opposite, used to be great at settling himself but has got worse and worse Still he's 7 months now, we must be nearly at the end of this no sleep nightmare???

poor you. it will get better. they change so fast. we've still got teething etc to come but i'm so glad that at last she may be learning how to fall asleep.
