I was wondering when the best time to change DD from a cot to a bed. She is just 2 and although fits her cot, she seems to be waking up regularly . I think she is banging into the sides and waking herself up. I dont know if she is still too young to go into a bed. Thoughts anyone?

Hello! I had the same thoughts a few weeks ago! My daughter is just coming up to 22 months old and she has been in her bed for about 3 weeks.
I asked around, same as you, as i was unsure if she was too young.
But,apart from occasionally getting out,and promptly being put back again, she is fine.
I think she was restricted a bit in the cot and now she has room to move i have trouble getting her up in the morning!

we moved dd1 into a bed when she was 2 (now 5). We had no problems at all with it. She loved having a "big bed"
