So we have decorated my 2.5 year old new room and put a single bed in with a bed guard, we've been getting him used to it in the last few months as his little brother had arrived, the only reason we didn't move him before was because they say about avoiding multiple big changes at the same time! So anyway the last few days everything has settled and thought it would be a good time to move him as then need to start thinking about potty training.... well he's not having it. He's not upset, he gets really really excited but then starts bouncing and getting out every 5 minutes. We've tried leaving the room, staying in the room, putting him to bed later so he's tired, earlier woke he's not overtired.... any tips?? Bearing in mind he's always been a dream sleeper snd when we put him back in the cot he goes straight to bloody sleep! I would keep him in there but his baby brother needs to move in in a couple of months! Xx
