Toddler and baby room sharing

My house is only 2 bedroom and I REALLY don't want to move because I love my house and I love my area, so my 2 DDs will have to share a room.

DD1 is nearly 3 and DD2 is 6 months. DD2 consisting wakes up between 5 and 6am. I've moved her bedtime all over the place and nothing works she never sleeps in later than that. A later bedtime just means she wants a nap sooner. DD1 wakes up at a reasonable hour; between 7 and 8am. How am I supposed get them to share a room when DD2 wakes up so ungodly early? I'm starting to think I'm going to need to move out of my bedroom and sleep on the sofa in the living room which I hate because I really want my own space (which I don't have atm anyway because DD2 is in my room so best I can do is sneak into bed) either that or just allow DD2 to wake DD1 up stupidly early every morning but then ill just have a cranky tired toddler all day.

Everything else about going from 1 kid to 2 kids has been fine except the whole sleeping situation. I desperately wish I had another bedroom.

6 months is still little. I'd wait until closer to 12-18 months, by which time you should be down to a single lunchtime nap and do can adjust bedtimes/mornings more successfully.

Can't you just take DD2 in the room with you when she's waking up and let DD1 go back to sleep.. I'm sure she'd fall back to sleep for a couple of hours.

We have this issue. I didn't move dd2 in with dd1 until she was sleeping through around 18 months. She still wakes stupidly early and after having a cranky dd1 from being woken early every day I just swoop in the minute I hear her and take her into my bed/into the lounge (depending if I think we can squeeze any more sleep in!) and dd1 wakes naturally at 6.30/8
