Had our first meeting with her about a week ago and it was great. Got a schedule overhaul and some suggestions of adjustments to our daytimes interactions that she felt would likely have positive results for our night time sleep (15 month old waking 3-4 times a night). She was optimistic we'd see results quickly but no signs of improvement yet - know it's early days but just looking for other stories from people who had a consultation with her so I know what to expect. Thanks!

Hi, I had a consultation with Ann a few months back, we also made changes to our daytime routine and I think we saw improvements within 2 weeks, she went from waking every 2 hours to waking once a night, we even had a few all nighters, however I then moved house and my LG has had lots of illnesses and teething so slipped back into my old routine. Im actually thinking of asking Ann to help again as I'm sure if I had kept it up my LG would be sleeping much better. How are you doing now? I would contact Ann and get her opinion xxx

Hi, just wondering if you have made any progress with your little ones sleep?

Hey, sorry I didn't respond earlier!
Our son is 17 months old now and unfortunately we haven't seen much improvement over the last few months, however to be fair we haven't contacted Ann for a follow up as I have struggled to hold him to a consistent bf-ing routine like she suggested and so I didn't feel ready to follow up, plus money has been a bit tight. We're with family now and changes to routine/time zone changes mean at the moment he's in a really tricky phase (down at 8, up at least 3 times ie 11:30, 2, 4:30 and often trying to get up for the day between 5 and 6.

I think that we will probably need to night wean to see improvements and I'm really dreading it as with teething, developmental changes (currently in clingy phase), illnesses etc there never seems to be the right time! Plus he is such a little milk monster still.

How are you doing?
