Does this get better? Rolling over in sleep nightmare

DD 7 months has been rolling over back to front for maybe 6-8 weeks. For the last 4 weeks or so she has been rolling onto her front in her sleep then waking and screaming the house down, we then settle her back off to sleep relatively quickly. She is starting to stay asleep on her front for longer periods but inevitably wakes sobbing eventually. Sometimes this is just once an evening, tonight it has been 4 times in half an hour. She then always does it around 11/12 at which point we co sleep so we can all get some sleep. I think this is also coupled with some sort of sleep regression as she's waking more in general too. Can anyone offer any advice? Or is it just waiting it out?

Teach her to roll front to back. That's what gets through this stage. So use all of her awake time as tummy time on the floor, twisting and reaching for toys just out of reach.
