Hi all,
Also considering the 10-18 month course out of desperation as DS is waking up after a few hours and then staying up for hours in the middle of the night. I think it’s called split nights if anyone has any advise on how to tackle this. If anyone can share suggested routine for 10 month year old from the course that would be great :) many thanks!

This program is awful!!! I really wouldn’t.
Accounts I follow that are great are Lyndsey Hookway (a wealth of knowledge and trains gentle attachment based, responsive sleep consultants - so no sleep training or cry it out but still lots of tips and advice)
Second star to the right
Hey Sleepy BAby…
And if you go on Lyndsey Hookways Instagram she has links to all the people she’s trained so they all have the same super gentle, responsive approach. Also she has books on Amazon.
