Hi, I'm at a loss with my early bird, he is up for the day...I am not Confused. He's 7 months old and seems to sleep 13-13.5 hours in total. Today he woke at 4:45am. He's not overtired as he's probably getting too much day sleep? I need help. So typically our schedule is:

5:30am - Wake
9:15am - 10:45am - 1.5 hour nap
1:45pm - 3:45pm - 2 hour nap
7:15pm - bedtime

His wake window is 3 hours, I make sure to look for subtle hints he's getting tired and he generally goes down for his naps ok.

Do I cap the naps and bring bedtime forward? I realise I should probably wake him at 3pm? Any help would be greatly appreciated. x

I noticed when my DD has too much daytime sleep she’s a nightmare at night so I started capping her naps. I usually cap her morning nap (max 1 hour) cause she gets too grumpy if I cap the afternoon nap! She’s 8.5 months btw.
