My DS really thrashes around at night and always manages to get out of his blanket and wake himself up by hitting himself in the face! Tried grobags but he didnt like that so went back to swaddling but not sure if he is a bit old for this now?He wakes up about 5 times in the night or more and its killing me!!!Help!

He is also started screaming for no apparent reason at any naptime & bedtime - or just when he is tired & refuses to go to sleep nicely (he did before) hence the return to swaddling so what's changed???

ooohhh the 4 month enigma!
It seems to happen around 4 months - sleep goes squiffy and no apparent reason why.
If your baby is happy to be swaddled and your happy then no bother IMO.

It is a phase and does pass

say over and over "it's a phase and will pass, it's a phase and will pass"
