11 Month Old Always Wakes Up After 1 Hour

My 11 month old DD goes to bed at 7pm and without fail wakes up an hour later, has a bit of a cry and then goes back to sleep (generally) until 6.30/7 in the morning. Why does she do this? It seems to happen practically every night and she has done it virtually since she was born.

she might be waking to wee. Most urine is produced at the beginning of the night.

It was a sign of overtiredness for us - waking at the end of the first sleep cycle. But sounds like she's just in a habit and probably it will stop eventually! Is she very tired at bedtime?

Yes, she is always really tired at bedtime and goes to sleep well without a murmur usually, but we know that an hour later she will wake up.

She is generally a good sleeper, so I can't complain. She also sleeps well in the day -normally has at least an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon.I was just wondering what the cause might be.
