9 month sleep regression

Not sure if this is normal.....

After many wakings from birth my husband and I at 9 months decided to take action and do a form of cc to try and help her self settle. It's worked in the sense she can do it now but after nearly 2 weeks babba is still crying for 15-20 mins at naps and bedtime before falling asleep (I thought by biw the length of crying at bedtime would have decreased). The last week we seem to have developed a start of crying when I draw her curtains.

I do the same routine of story and cuddles before putting down at naps and bedtime. I worry by doing cc we have made her anxious? It is this the separation anxiety at 9 months the start to develop?

Also does anyone else have a baby that when they cry at bedtime rocks on their hands and knees? Is quite disturbing to watch in the baby monitor!

Thanks!
