ds has just starting sleeping well but now has cold!

If he is old enough try putting some baby albas oil in his room (just a couple of drops) and I love snufflebabe too. Rub it on his lower chest, where he can't touch it.

hes 21 months so yes old enough.i'll put some in there next time he wakes.im worried that hes done so well with finally sleeping through that this will put us back to where we were!i hate when theyre poorly as i feel so useless!

It is horrid isn't it? I don't think it should affect sleeping long term though
