My Baba is going through the 8 month sleep regression... it's tough! I co-sleep/don't sleep train etc.
This is the decision I have made for me and baby... and happy with it.
But whenever I Google for support on getting through things like sleep regressions it comes up with sleep training and a whole ethos that I'm just not about.
Any one know any good websites/blogs/YouTubers who have the same kind of ideas?
