7 month old...help!

My little man is 7 months and tbh his sleep is atrocious!

3 weeks ago he used to sleep 12-13 hours at night and have 4 x 30mins naps a day. We moved him in to his own room about a week ago as he was to big for the next to me crib. He had previously been down stairs with me,till I went to bed till 6 months and at 6 months I moved him up stairs for naps and bedtime. He transitioned very well but since hitting 7 months and moving to his own room it's all gone wrong and I'm exhausted.

He wakes anywhere between 4.30am and 7.30am and goes to bed any time between 5.30pm and 9pm usually and his naps are all over I can't seem to keep him awake longer then 2 hours anything over that he's ratty and gets frustrated and cries. Sometimes a nap every 2 hours can be up to 6 a day, which obviously is no good. He won't sleep longer then 30mins for naps full stop and when he is asleep he is unsettled. Tossing, turning, cying, groaning all while he's asleep. He used to self-settle no problems but now he won't go to sleep unless rocked, cuddled or fed and he always wakes up 30mins after he's been out down on a night and take another hour to get him back off to sleep and he just cries, moans, groans loudly in his sleep as soon as i leave the room. He wakes 4 to 6 times a night, no sure why? He's never had a night fed since 8 weeks old and has always done 8pm to 8am from them till now. He's having 3 meals a day and 24oz of milk. He has reflux but it has been managed the same way since he was 6 weeks old and he's been weaning since 20 weeks.

I need some advice/help, we have zero routine and nothing I do seems to work. I'm considering getting a mini cot and moving him back in with me but hubby thinks that's a bad idea. Thanks x
