How Can I Encourage 16 wk Old DS To Sleep Through

I have a 16 wk DS who is completely BF, he is in a relatively good routine of feeding every 3 hours during the day then he is bathed, boobed and bed for 7pm. I am currently lifting him and feeding him at 10/10.30pm (I have tried not doing this but he still wakes up at least once if not twice). He wakes at approx 2pm or 3pm for a feed then again at 5am or 6am or the occassional 7am.

My question is how can I start to encourage him to go through? Will he just do it by himself? I am tired and need some a bit more sleep!
