I'm paranoid she's too hot

So it's 23degrees in dd's room according to her gro egg. I no longer have a 1 tog sleep bag that fits her (I have one on order) I don't want to put her in a 2.5tog as she's a hot baby in general and so she has on a vest and baby grow. Will she be ok in just this? I forgot to mention she is 7months old

Thanks for your speedy reply, I've left her currently in vest & baby grow as she is fast asleep. I doubt she'll wake until 6am but if she does I may swap her to the vest and sleeping bag
