Silent reflux in older baby

Guys, I'm at my wits end. Do any of you have any experience with silent reflux? My daughter is 14 months and has been on aptimil pepti since birth as she has been diagnosed with a dairy intolerance. We are careful what we feed her. She has been on and off omeprazole but since weaning I'm unsure if she needs it. She's a terrible sleeper. I've even had a sleep expert involved and she still continues to wake every few hours. We are under a dietician who was pretty useless and said to keep her on omeprazole if I want to and didn't answer any questions I had. At night when I feed her she gulps alot and coughs loads. Sorry to go on but I have no idea what I should be doing with her now and have lost a load of confidence and feel I'm not looking after her properly.

Sorry should have said that when she wakes she seems uncomfortable and do you think the fact she still wants milk at night may be to settle any pain?
