am i worrying about nothing - but what do we do for bedtime timings when the clocks go back?

Get up very early, see how dark it is outside, feel really put out and grumble about BST for a few days, and then be thankful you can get them to bed a bit earlier - it evens out again after a while and then they put them forward again!

You bring the bedtime froward over 4 days at fifteen minutes a time.

DS2 always wakes earlier than my ideal, and whenever the clocks change/whichever way they change he seems to adjust his body clock accordingly within 1 or 2 days!
